Mural Concept
The concept for the mural was inspired by the oceans and sea life of Australia, the red octopus centered in the middle protects the coral reef and is meant to represent sea life and the coral reef as one big ecosystem. The Octopus are very smart creatures, some have up to 3 hearts, can camouflage to their environment like a chameleon, their tentacles have separate “mini-brains” at the base of each of their eight tentacles that can taste and touch, their limbs can regrow if needed and they can also navigate mazes, solve problems, remember, predict, use tools and take apart just about anything from a crab to a lock.

PermaPlastik Paints
I painted the mural over the 3 days, roughly 20 - 25 from start to finish. Painted entirely with water-based permaplastik acrylic paint. Thanks to color maker industries for supplying the paint.
